Travel inspired

When we travel I am fascinated by the animals and birds we encounter. Recently we have been luck enough to visit both Australia and Costa Rica.

Australian animals are utterly mesmerising and iconic. From creepy crawlies to amazing marsupials. In Spring 2023 I was lucky enough to travel up the east coast of Australia and en route encountered so much wildlife. Our rarest encounter was with the cassowary – only 4600 are left in the wild so we were lucky. In 2024 we visited Costa Rica where I met macaws and toucans, as well as the iconic red eyed tree frog.
